Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Connor joined us in the summer of 2016 at just 18 years old, and from day one, he’s been an absolute asset to the team. Over the years, he’s grown into a highly skilled and experienced plumbing and heating engineer, known for his tireless work ethic and can-do attitude. Whether it’s a complex installation or a last-minute emergency call-out, nothing is ever too much trouble for Connor—he consistently goes above and beyond.
What truly sets Connor apart is not just his technical expertise, but his character. He’s polite, helpful, and incredibly dependable. Clients love him, colleagues respect him, and we’re proud to call him not just a teammate, but a friend.
Outside of work, Connor enjoys the simple pleasures—he’s often found relaxing by the lake with a fishing rod in hand or spending quality time with his young family. His grounded nature and dedication both on and off the job make him someone we feel genuinely lucky to have as part of our team.
Owen Mann
Plumbing & Heating Engineer
Owen Mann joined the team in July 2021 and quickly established himself as a trusted and capable engineer. As the brother of Connor, Owen is very much cut from the same cloth—hardworking, polite, and always ready to lend a hand. His quiet determination and eagerness to learn new skills make him someone we rely on daily.
With a passion for high-quality, innovative tools and a strong interest in computer-related hobbies, Owen brings a technical edge to his role—always looking for ways to improve efficiency and precision.
Outside of work, Owen enjoys fishing, good food, and spending time with his close-knit family, including his parents, brothers, niece, and nephew. His warmth and loyalty are evident both on and off the job.

Kevin Barker
Director, Plumbing & Heating Technician
With over two decades of hands-on experience, Kevin Barker leads the company with a rare blend of technical expertise and genuine passion for the trade. He began his career in a family-run plumbing and electrical business, apprenticing under his father and completing his NVQ Level 3 in July 2002. He quickly followed this with qualifications in domestic gas, oil, solid fuel, and heat pump systems—laying the foundation for a career built on versatility and depth.
In 2010, following a company restructure that separated the plumbing and electrical divisions, Kevin stepped into a leadership role, managing the plumbing side of the business while continuing to work closely with his father until his retirement. Since then, he has remained committed to staying at the forefront of industry developments, regularly updating his skills and embracing new technologies. As a Heat Geek Verified technician, his knowledge of heat pump systems and energy-efficient solutions is second to none.
Despite his senior role, Kevin still enjoys being on the tools and values the camaraderie of working alongside his team. His approach is grounded, collaborative, and always focused on delivering quality.
Outside of work, Kevin is a devoted family man and a passionate football fan—finding balance between professional excellence and personal joy.

Natasha Barker
Administrative coordinator
Natasha Barker joined the company part-time to support day-to-day administration and has quickly proven herself to be an outstanding addition to the team. As Kevin’s daughter, she brings the same dedication and values that have shaped the business from the beginning.
Trustworthy, thoughtful, and caring, Natasha excels in customer relations and keeps the team running smoothly with her thorough and well-organised approach. She’s the one who keeps “the boys” in check, ensuring everything behind the scenes operates with precision and professionalism.
Outside of work, Natasha is a devoted partner and proud mother of two, with a real passion for her dogs. She enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, bringing the same warmth and energy to her personal life as she does to the workplace.
